Condolence: I'm so sorry for your loss. I remember your family from visiting my grandparents who lived next door. John bought their house and did good work there. I have good memories of those years.

Condolence: Mr. Ulrich was a very kind gentleman. Without his help with groceries, my family would probably had it a lot worse than we did. Mr. Ulrich would let us pay him when ever we had the money. No one was ever that kind or thoughtful to do this for us. I never forgot what you did for us with your generosity. My family and I will be forever grateful. He will be sadly missed. God Bless

Condolence: I had the pleasure of knowing John when I worked for VIST Bank (formerly Leesport Bank). John would come in daily, always with a smile on his face and he brightened the room with his kind and gentle heart and big personality. He was generous and compassionate. He was loyal and trustworthy. He was an amazing one-of-a-kind human being. To know Big John, was to love Big John. My favorite memory of John is a story he told me about how to grow Jelly Beans. "All you need is 10x sugar, water and sunshine, and a heart that believes" he said. Well John my friend, I have no doubt that you are planting a beautiful jelly bean garden in Heaven above. My heartfelt condolences to John's family. May you find comfort in your memories and knowing that in his lifetime, John touched the hearts of many. God Bless!

Condolence: I am so very sorry for your loss. John was a very special and kind person who I had the pleasure of working for and who became a friend. He was kind and fair to everyone. He truly loved his family. I remember the year SANTA came to our house. My boys were so excited. Truly a memory I will always cherish. He will never be forgotten. Sylvia and Ted Knoblauch.
