Condolences

Condolence From: Eric J. Miller
Condolence: It has been a blessing to have known Dr. Zobian over the years and it was a pleasure every time we would meet or work together.
He only had a kind word to say about everyone and the world and all in it who were touched by Ed, were better off after they did. A special man who will be sorely missed. He was always especially proud of his family and I am happy to know he will live on through them for generations to come.

Condolence From: Bob Orzechowski
Condolence: The world is a lesser place with the loss of Dr. Zobian. He was a warrior in may ways, from his military service to his professional life as a respected surgeon, employer and humanitarian.
I remember him as a man of compassion, vision, boundless energy and concern for his fellow man.
May God bless and keep him close.

Condolence From: Edward Newcomb
Condolence: I enjoyed talking with your father on,"Dads' Sundays" at Camp Conrad Weiser. I also remember some good kids named Zobian. Uncle Glenn Miller, who is still going strong, says Joe was a pretty darn good archer. Your dad had a life well lived. Take solace in knowing he was proud of you four.

Kind regards ... Ed Newcomb

Condolence From: Lucy J. Cairns, MD
Condolence: My sincere condolences on the loss of a wonderful human being. Although I did not know Ed well, I have the strong impression that he was an unusually generous person--generous with his good will, his knowledge, and his professional skills. He always had that welcoming smile on his face. The world is a poorer place without his presence.

Condolence: Zobian family :
My heartfelt condolences to you all as you face this certain sorrow...I met Dr Zobian only once, but the impact of his character stays with me.
I live in his old residence and shortly after moving in, my husband and I were sitting on the patio when my daughter announced there was a man in overalls at the front door.
I went to the door to find Dr Zobian in his " yard work attire", shovel in hand... He introduced himself and said he was passing by and would we mind if he used some of the plants in the woodsy area .... I said of course and I walked the property with him for about 45 minutes , while he described his sweet memories of various portions of the area...stating why different trees were planted, etc... He was so very proud of his family and I caught him " welling up" as he spoke of his memories in our home ... What a tremendous impact that short meeting left... I am grateful for the opportunity to have met him .
God Bless !

Condolence: My parents started our family's eye care with Dr Zobian right from the get go. He was a wonderful, down to earth man who made us laugh. Even though he had thousands of patients, he took the time to hand write a note to my mother when my father passed away. I'll never forget his kindness. I am truly sorry for your loss.
