Obituary for Livio A. "Lee" Nave

Livio A. "Lee"  Nave
Livio "Lee" A. Nave, 77, of Reading, passed away on October 29, 2017, in Phoenixville Hospital.

He was the husband of Nancy M. (Nuss) Nave who he married on July 19, 1969.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late James and Catherine (DiCarlo) Nave.

Lee was a 1960 graduate of Penn State University Berks Campus where he achieved his associate's degree in Electrical Engineering.

He worked as a Electrical Engineer at various companies for 42 years until his retirement in 2002.

He was a life-long member of Victor Emmanuel II Society, Reading, joining the club immediately upon graduation from high school. Lee served in various positions throughout his membership including his most recent position as president last year.

Lee ran a golf club called the Divot Diggers and has been a member for over 50 years. He served as the club's president for the last 15 years. He would consistently run 15 tournaments a year and enjoyed every minute of it.

In addition to his wife, Nancy, he is survived by four children: Scott D. Albert and wife Janice, San Diego, CA; Robin M. Chang and husband Joshua, Phoenixville; Ross W. Albert, Portland, OR; and Tammie L. Albert, Eugene, OR; three grandchildren: Christina Albert and companion David Clarke, San Diego, CA; Steven Albert and wife Shanel, San Diego, CA; and Allison Chang, Philadelphia; five great -grandchildren: Ryder, Sienna, Chase, Chloe, Grace; many nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law, Rose Agnes.

A Prayer Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 3, 2017, in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, 19611. A viewing will be held on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and on Friday from 9-10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
