Condolence: My sincere sympathy for the loss of your beloved father. The loss of our dear loved ones can be very difficult and distressing to cope with, even after 30 years. Ecclesiastes 3:11 tells us God put eternity in our hearts. Isaiah 25: 7,8 tells us that Jehovah ( Psalm 83 : 18 - God's name ) will do away with death, -- as we remember we were created to live forever, death was never His plan for us. Hebrews 2:14 tells us the source of all of our pain, suffering and death. Jehovah sent His only begotten son, Jesus as a ransom sacrifice for us again to live forever in perfection- John 17:3. There will be a resurrection of those whom have fallen asleep in death- John 5:25-29. A resurrection of life here on our earthly home. Revelation 21 : 3-5 "and he will wipe out ever tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away........write, for these things are faithful and true." Psalm 37: 10,11, 29 ----tells us the righteous will posses the earth and will live forever on it. I hope these scriptures give you a measure of comfort and hope. And may your own good and loving memories of your father help to soothe your heart, as we remember that our dear loved ones now safely rest in the loving memory of our Grand Creator, Jehovah God, waiting for the fulfillment of His promised purpose for us all.
