Doris M. (Baker) Lehr, 91, passed away peacefully in her West Reading home on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Born June 14, 1927, in West Reading, she was married to Edgar Lehr, who passed in 2016.

Doris was a passionate homemaker, but also worked part-time as a saleslady at Vanity Fair, Wyomissing. Above all else, she loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a terrific cook, and particularly enjoyed celebrating the Christmas holidays with her family. In her free time, she also enjoyed playing bingo and trips to the casinos.

Doris is survived by her sons: Barry, husband of Susan, West Reading, and Michael, husband of Jennifer, Sinking Spring, and her grandchildren: Kevin and David Lehr, and Krystle Boyd, all of whom will greatly miss her.

In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a brother, James Baker, and a sister, Helen Weiss.
