Dr. Dale W. Gaul, 84, of Shillington, went to be with the Lord, October 29, 2017.

He was the beloved husband of Joan A. (Noll) Gaul.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Walter N. and Lillie (Brown) Gaul.

Dale was a 1951 graduate of Reading High School, did his pre-dental studies at Albright College, and was a 1957 graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry.

He was a U.S. Air Force veteran from 1957 to 1959, where he also survived as a dentist.

Dale was an active church member of Grace Fellowship Church, Shillington.

He was an active church member all of his life. He was also active in Berks County Christian Endeavor.

Dale was a private dental practitioner from 1959 until his retirement in 2005. He was joined in the dental practice by his daughter, Dr. Connie Gallen, in 1992. He was a past president of the Berks County Dental Society in 1976.

He enjoyed his family, church work, sports, and people in general.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Theodore C., husband of Tracey (Cosgrave) Gaul; Dr. Connie Gallen, wife of John Gallen, and Scott S., husband of Stephanie (Pasko) Gaul. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Sarah, Maggie, Abel, Daniel, Gabriel and Christian, and three great-grandchildren, Aiden, Jacob and Oliver.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, November 4, 2017, at 3 p.m. in Grace Fellowship Church, 622 Old Lancaster Pike, Shillington, PA 19607, the Rev. Raymond Sensenig presiding. Friends may call one hour prior to the services in the church. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
