Marijane R. (Gerbino) Moyer, 94, formerly of Lincoln Park, died December 3, 2017, in ManorCare, Laureldale.

She was the wife of Donald F. Moyer. They married August 30, 1947.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late John and Theresa (Casella) Gerbino.

She was a 1940 graduate of Reading High School.

Marijane was employed by Bell Telephone as a long-distance telephone operator. She later worked at Jeanette Shop, Reading in sales; and Boscov’s as a men’s clothing buyer.

She was a member of St. John’s Reformed Church, Sinking Spring.

Marijane loved to cook and was an outstanding seamstress.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children: Grant John Moyer, husband of Viki (Super), Sinking Spring; and Paul Brossman Moyer, husband of Michelle (Dietrich), Mohrsville; three grandchildren: Grant and Shannon Moyer, and Brian Pagerly; six great-grandchildren and five nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her grandson, Kyle Pagerly; and four siblings: Amelia, Richard, Anthony Gerbino and Geraldine Gerbino-O’Neil.

Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in to St. John’s Reformed Church, 4001 Penn Ave, Sinking Spring, PA 19608.. Burial will be in Sinking Spring Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. John’s Reformed Church at the above address.
