Condolence: Upon learning of my Uncle Darl's passing, childhood memories of fun beach and boardwalk trips flooded my mind of when he and his family visited my family in our NJ Shore area home. What I'm most thankful for, however, occurred just a few years ago when I visited Darl & Fran in their home. On their living room wall, a framed print drew me to look closely at: "The Presence in the Midst." This beautiful work of art reveals early Quakers worshipping @ Jordans Meeting in England with a distinct, though faint, image of Jesus Christ in their midst. Darl told me he had gotten it @ Friends United Ministries in Richmond, IN. I soon got one and also researched the story behind this powerful print:

Thank you, Uncle Darl. I'm eternally grateful to you for this amazing gift!
