Condolence: I had the privilege of meeting Bill when I was in the class of 1993 at the Reading Police Academy, he was our PT instructor. I was able to catch up with him at night court over the years and always enjoyed talking to him and was saddened to hear of his passing. My condolences to the Hall family.

Condolence: To the Hall family God bless and you’ll be in my prayer. I remember back in 1990 Bill was it in the Academy as an instructor I was class president and he used to make me handle all the physical activity with my class and made sure I did everything right not only in the Academy but out of the street. I remember riding with him in the car when I first started and everybody knew him shouting out, Bill, Gatorade, Colonel, and every time he made a basketball 🏀 in the basket he always said “too late!” Bill you are the man please watch over all of us, in the City Of Reading ! God Speed !!!
