The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Edmond Ettinger can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Joe Borbas

I have known Ed since the early 70's when I lived in Reading. Later I moved to Trenton, NJ where we maintained our friendship while he was teaching at Mercer County College. Our first contact was because of our mutual hobby - collecting comic books. We often got together to compare our collections and discuss our thoughts about comics both old and new. I am now living in Florida and haven't seen him for a few years, but I'll always remember his deep voice and smiling face.
