Condolence: On behalf of my late Dad, William W. Dinkel, and myself, I would like to extend sincere condolences to Norm's family. He and my Dad worked at Car Tech and shared a great love of trains, so Norm's name was one I heard often growing up. My Dad passed in 1978, and I'm sure he was right there to greet Norm and resume their "train talks".
