Condolence: Charlie and his wife Vicky were our next door neighbors growing up. They were good and kind people and enjoyed working in the yard. Always friendly and joking with us kids when they'd see us. Charlie was widowed long ago, but continued to be a good neighbor to us and would reach out to my mother on occasion to make sure she was ok, or just to talk sports with her. They were neighbors for 55 years! RIP Charlie. Our family adored you! I'm happy you and Vicky are united once again.
