Obituary for Sao T Dinh

Sao T. Dinh, 101, passed away October 17, 2016 in her Exeter Township residence.

She was the wife of Luyen Vu, who died in 2003 in Vietnam.

Born in Vietnam, she was the daughter of the late Duc and Thuy (Tran) Dinh.

Sao was a devoted member of St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, Reading.

She was a homemaker and was a devoted wife and mother to her 8 children. Her religious faith was also very important to her.

Sao is survived by her seven children, Luu Vu, husband of Phuong Nguyen, California; Rang Vu, Vietnam; Luu Van Vu, Reading; Thoi Vu, husband of Thao Tran, Maryland; Giao Vu, husband of Loan Vu, California; Van Quynh Vu, wife of Tai Nguyen, California, and Chung Vu, husband of Quyen Vu, Maryland. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her son, Luu Vu. She was also the last of seven siblings.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 10 a.m. in St. Paul's R. C. Church, 151 N 9th St, Reading, PA 19601, with burial to follow at Gethsemane cemetery. A viewing will be held Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. in the funeral home and Saturday from 9:30 - 10 a.m. in the church. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading is in charge of arrangements.
